Safe operation of winding machine
1. Before starting the winding machine, carefully check whether there are sundries on the working table of the winding machine, whether the screws on the winding machine are loose, whether the power switch is connected, and whether the specifications of enameled wire meet the requirements. 2, after starting the first empty car run again, pay attention to check the winding machine line, winding number of turns, reset mode, parking position and so on whether meet the requirements, if not meet the requirements, must repeat the above steps, readjust, until meet the requirements.
3. When any screw looseness or abnormal sound is found during operation, please press the emergency stop switch immediately and report to the foreman or technical personnel for repair immediately.
4. It is forbidden to contact moving parts when winding machine is running at high speed, use the machine in strict accordance with the operation specifications of winding machine, and start the machine when hanging and loading and unloading skeleton fixtures.
5, before going off work, the operator should, according to the requirements, carefully do the cleaning and maintenance of the equipment, do the cleaning and sanitation of the surrounding site, product parts should be placed neatly, and turn off the power.
